Dr.M.S.Devi is a Finance & Consulting Professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions. Currently working as  Assistant Professor- Finance in SIES College of Management Studies, Nerul. She is part of Venture Express core advisory team and works in the area of interest community building for women entrepreneurship and their business financial empowerment . Her area of includes Mergers & Acquisitions,​ ​Shareholder Value, Corporate Performance and Micro Finance among others.
